xDrive20i (2014)
Bought new, Owned for 2 Years
Fuel Economy: 11.0 km/litre (9.1 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 2,000 km/month
-good engine power and torque respone for n20 184ps engine
-smooth and responsive gear change on 8speed gear box
    -good driver seating position
-good responsive handling and traction during whining road and hilly road
    -good speaker system
    -good comfortable seat
-good fuel economy for car this size with small output engine
-Suitable for people with younger age as it have better engine and handling respond to drive on sport mode
-lack of pickup power due to heavy body required 225ps tune on n28i would be better.
-car level a bit to high lead to body roll required 2inch lower would be great
-rear passenger seat are not comfortable and bumpy during high speed due to car height.
-n20 engine without dipstick which oil level sensor on idrive always unable to read oil level correction and also glitch on screen software which show oil level not full.
    - Water temperature are high near 120degree celcius would be scary if user never experience it on this car before.
-truck are heavy without automatic truck opener
-navigator screen easy to get scratch even just wipe it with micro fiber cloth
-Aircond condensed water pipe leak which cause wet passenger carpet just after 1 and half year.
-During car wash not much people know how to ignition on and lift up the wiper which cause scratches on hood.
    - Run flat 225/60/r17 tires are not easy to find and a bit costly near to 1400per pieces and these tires is safety and cause bumpy ride.
    - On Comfort mode engine feel sluggish but on sport mode gear tend to hold too long even though good respone.
-Not suitable for older person due to reason above and too technical as you need to reset RPA everytime refill air on tyres and ignition on then hold lever to lift up the wiper during car wash.
To Improve
With this kind of value, the car should be free from all simple manufacturing or software and sensor fault. Got the car for 1 years the refill engine oil trigger on min level after refill still the same in bmw authorise dealer for a few time. after a few time i suspect overflow engine oil as white smoke from exhaust. Send to authorised bmw malaysia tiansiang, software glitch service advisor said oil level is overflow and they drain the excessive out and make it correct reseted the system and it come back again after few month currently on 39k km does not really care as it still prompt every 4 to 5k km to refill 1 liter engine oil.

After 1 and half year found out air cond condensed water out flow pipe leak causing passenger carpet all soaking wet. Car being stuck in authorise ingress auto bmw for near 1 week now for repair.

High water temperature which nearly 120degree celcius when cruising 120km/h which would be a shock as compared to lexus or merc. Service advisor said is normal.

Yes, I would recommend this car
