Kia Picanto TA (2013-Present)

The Picanto would appeal to the trendy urbanite who desires to stand out from the sea of Myvis. It has the most sophisticated exterior and interior of its rivals, with class-leading safety and warranty to boot. Pity it isn't a particularly engaging drive.

For
  • Impressive list of standard kit, especially safety
  • Fresh, funky styling
  • Refined and solidly-built cabin with a premium air
Against
  • Steering could do with more weight and feedback
  • Overly light clutch and abrupt brake pedal action
  • Some rivals in the same price range offer more space

Fuel Economy: 10.0 km/litre (10.0 L/100 km), RON95, Mileage: 1,000 km/month
    - The size of this vehicle makes is so easy to find and park it.
    - Included safety systems for this vehicle is among the best in the range.
    - NVH is acceptable in this price category.
    - Even with the big 15 inch rims, ride comfort is still good.
    - I like the fact that it tells you that your steering wheel isn't straight when you park.
    - Fuel efficiency isn't its best game. I have about 300-400km per tank using RON95 in 100% city driving.
    - The boot is tiny. You need to plan on how to fit stuff in it.
    - LED headlights would help instead of projector ones.
    - The included speakers leaves much to be desired.
    - Built-in head unit means you ca't upgrade the unit to include Android Auto for Apple Car Play.
To improve
- Better gearbox or engine to aid fuel efficiency. - Include a better head unit and speakers.
Yes, I would recommend this car
